Kari McCoy returned to Santa Clarita Valley in 2021 after completing her Masters with the University of LaVerne to take a position as a high school counselor in SCV for Mission View public. Kari joined the JCIs at the end of 2021 and immediately started getting involved in each of our projects.  She started as Volunteer Coordinator for Awards & Installment, then co-chaired the brand new financial literacy project called Get Real: Adulting 101, she then supported SCV 40 Under 40, and 2022 Santa’s Helpers as the School and Non Profit Coordinator. Kari was honored as one of the SCV 40 under 40 in the Class of 2022.
